I told my friend René that this was one of the most nerve-wracking weddings we’ve photographed. That’s because my friend, who is a talented photographer herself, was the Mother-of-the-Bride! We love René and her family and we love Darienne and Aaron. It was honestly one of the greatest compliments when they asked us to shoot their wedding. It was, from start to finish, a completely beautiful day. It was also one of the last weddings before our state has virtually shut down due to the global pandemic we’re facing. Before it all became rather, uncertain, this group gathered and celebrated the union of two of the most incredible people. It’s a weird time for us all, but this wedding (with plenty of hand sanitizer) was the perfect blending of two incredible families, plenty of friends, and so much blessing from the Lord. It was a privilege to be a part of it all. It was just all so beautiful- almost a kick off to spring with a warm breeze (or all out wind at times) and the tiniest buds and blooms on the trees. As always, the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club was unmatched in its location. Just an amazing celebration!
Darienne & Aaron, we are so happy for you! Thank you for trusting us with your wedding day. Love you guys!
